Orders:
Work will only commence on ApartmentMatching's acceptance of an order. ApartmentMatching cannot commit to verbal orders. Unless ApartmentMatching is given prior written notice by the customer, the person whose mane appears on the order is the customer, or is deemed to have the authority to act on behalf of the customer. ApartmentMatching reserves the right to refuse an order at any time and for any reason. Changes to confirmed orders may be made prior to customer's acceptance of the goods and services ordered, but the customer will be required to submit a new order. In the case of a changed order, ApartmentMatching reserves the right to charge the customer for any work previously undertaken up to the point at which the order was changed and a new order has been received. All cancellations of photo shoots must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time of the photo shoot or there will be a charge of $50.00.

Quotations:
All quotations made by ApartmentMatching are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the written quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery:
ApartmentMatching will make every effort to deliver goods and services ordered within the time frames specified in the customer's order. ApartmentMatching commits to keeping our customers informed of any delivery delays arising from circumstances beyond our control. In no event will ApartmentMatching be held responsible for losses incurred by the customer for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control. ApartmentMatching will deliver the exact goods and services outlined on the customer's order but ApartmentMatching is not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when filling out an order. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for arranging access to the location at which the services are to be rendered.

A Visual Showcase is deemed delivered when all panoramic images, floor plans and associated web pages which constitute a complete Visual Showcase of all rooms and areas specified for the specified property photographed, as stated in the order, has been physically received by the customer. If any of the items stated above are to be mailed to the customer, the customer will incur all postage and handling fees associated with delivery.

A Floor Plan is deemed delivered when a file is placed on a disk or uploaded to ApartmentMatching's website to the assigned domain and directory with the designated website host specified by the customer. The customer will incur all postage and handling fees associated with delivery.

Acceptance:
The customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and services delivered two (2) working days after their delivery in accordance with the delivery definitions in the 'Delivery' section outlined above.

Invoicing:
An invoice will be issued on customer acceptance of the goods and services rendered.

Payment Terms:
Payment of 50% of the quoted price of the order is due upon acceptance of the order by ApartmentMatching. Payment of the balance is due in full no later than 30 days after invoice date.

Payment Methods:
ApartmentMatching does accept payment via credit cards. Payments also may be made by cash, check, or Postal / Bank Money Order, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Copyright:
All copyrights for panoramic and associated images which constitute a Visual Showcase will remain with ApartmentMatching. Upon receipt of full payment, the customer may use the finished panoramic and associated images which constitute a Visual Showcase in whatever manner they like providing the intended use is not inappropriate, offensive, or insulting. ApartmentMatching will always hold all rights to the ideas, the intellectual property, and the techniques employed to produce the Visual Showcase, and any other technical information. ApartmentMatching reserves the right to seek compensation for any financial losses incurred due to any breach by the customer of the above stated rights. Sharing, stealing, or copying of ApartmentMatching Virtual Reality Tour technology and processes is not allowed under any circumstances. ApartmentMatching reserves the right to use any panoramic images for promotional reasons in the press, in print publications, or on the World Wide Web, without prior permission by the customer. ApartmentMatching requires that on every page of the Visual Showcase an ApartmentMatching text link or logo image be present which links to the ApartmentMatching website. This text link or logo is to remain on every page of the Visual Showcase and under no circumstances is it to be removed or altered in any way. Failure to conform to this requirement will result in the customer being liable for any financial losses incurred by the breach of this requirement.

All copyrights for still photos will remain with ApartmentMatching. The customer may use the finished images in whatever manner they like providing that the intended use is not inappropriate, offensive or insulting. Where photos are to be published on the World Wide Web, in the press, or in other publications, credit must be given to the photographer where appropriate.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change; the published Terms and Conditions at the time of the customer's order will be deemed to control this agreement.
