CHOICE OF LAW
You hereby agree that the law of R. E. Technologies’s home state, Texas, will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and to our system. In addition, you agree and consent that if you ever take legal action against us, the courts of our own state, Texas, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such legal actions. All matters with respect to this Agreement, including, without limitation, matters of validity, construction, effect and performance shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Texas applicable to contracts made and to be performed therein between the residents thereof (regardless of the laws that might otherwise be applicable under principles of conflicts of law).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all disputes relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in Dallas, Texas.

Non-enforcement of any section of this Agreement does not constitute consent or waiver and R. E. Technologies reserves the right to enforce this Agreement at its sole discretion. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This site is controlled and operated by R. E. Technologies from its offices within the State of Texas, United States of America. The user agrees to use this service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws, whether local, state, federal, national, or by international treaty. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not govern this Agreement.

Software from this site may be subject to United States export controls.
